BESCHREIBUNG

DYNACORD zählt seit Jahrzehnten zu den führenden Herstellern

im Pro-Audio-Bereich und hat sich im Verstärkersegment mit der

Linear-Precision Serie durch exzellente Audio-Performance, absolute

Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Wertstabilität etabliert. In vielen Bereichen

professioneller Beschallung in Theatern, Stadien, Diskotheken, Clubs

und Bühnen dienen Verstärker aus der Linear-Precision Serie mit

ihrer überragenden Betriebssicherheit über viele Jahre hinweg als

zuverlässiger Standard Antrieb unterschiedlichster Fullrange- oder

Mehrweg Lautsprecher Systeme.

SWITCHMODE TECHNOLOGY

Mit der LX-Serie führt DYNACORD eine neue Klasse professioneller

High-End Verstärker ein: Die SWITCHMODE PRECISION Serie. Die

Verbindung von analogem Endstufen Design in Class-H Technologie

mit Schaltnetzteilen neuester Generation ermöglicht professionelle

Endstufen der Leistungsklasse bis zu 2 x 2100 Watt an 2 Ohm mit

erlesenen Audio- Eigenschaften bei einem Gewicht von lediglich 8.7 kg

herzustellen. Problemlos können an diesen Endstufen auch komplexe

Lasten bis hinab zu 2 Ohm absolut stabil betrieben werden. Racks mit

mehreren LX Endstufen für den aktiven Mehrwegbetrieb werden durch

ein Endstufengewicht von 7.8 kg - 8.7kg einfach hantierbar.

Die Zeiten schwergewichtiger Amp-Racks gehören somit endgültig der

Vergangenheit an.

CLASS - H TECHNOLOGY

Bei dieser Technologie stehen den Endstufenblöcken intern permanent

zwei unterschiedliche Betriebsspannungen zur Verfügung. Für den

Großteil des Programmmaterials reicht die niedrigere Betriebsspannung

zur einwandfreien Übertragung des Signals vollkommen aus. Nur

bei Dynamik-Spitzen wird intern frühzeitig und extrem schnell auf die

höhere Versorgungsspannung “hochgeschaltet”. Der große Vorteil dieser

Technik besteht darin, dass über lange Zeiträume die Endstufenblöcke

an der niedrigen Betriebsspannung arbeiten und somit im Vergleich zu

konventionellen Class-AB Endstufen deutlich weniger Verlustleistung

erzeugen, was gleichzeitig wesentlich weniger Abwärme bedeutet.

Ein konventionelles Endstufen-Design hat nahezu die doppelte

Leistungsaufnahme und damit auch die doppelte Wärmeentwicklung wie

Dynacord’s CLASS-H Design. Die LX Endstufen arbeiten viel „cooler”

auch unter extremen Bedingungen.

DYNAMIC LIMITERS

Dynamische Limiter sind Standard bei allen DYNACORD Endstufen.

Hierbei überwachen schnelle Audioprozessoren (APC = Audio Processor

Control) ständig das Eingangssignal gegenüber dem Ausgangssignal.

Im Falle von Nicht-linearitäten senden die Prozessoren Steuersignale

an die Limiter die dynamisch die Eingangsverstärkung des Amps regeln.

Die THD wird dabei auf maximal 1% begrenzt bis hin zu Eingangspegeln

von 22 dBu.

DESCRIPTION

For decades, DYNACORD has been one of the leading manufacturers

in the pro audio sector and has established a secure position in the

reliability and high stability of the Linear Precision series. With their

outstanding operational security, which guarantees years of problem-free

use, the ampliers of the Linear Precision series are now the standard

for a wide variety of full-range and multi-way loudspeakers systems in

professional venues as diverse as theatres, stadiums, discotheques,

clubs and concert halls.

SWITCHMODE TECHNOLOGY

With the LX Serie, DYNACORD is introducing a new class of professional

high-end ampliers: The SWITCHMODE PRECISION Serie. The

combination of an analogue class-H design with a state-of-the-art

switching power supply has made possible the creation of a professional

power amplier, delivering 2 x 2100 watts into 2 ohms and excellent

audio specications, that weighs only 8.7 kg. Even complex loads as low

as 2 ohms can be driven with absolute reliability. Thanks to its weight of

only 7.8kg - 8.15 kg, racks containing several LX amps units for active

multi-way use are easy to transport. Gone for ever are the days of

cumbersome amp racks.

CLASS - H TECHNOLOGY

With this technology, two different power supply rails are permanently

available internally to the power amplier blocks. For most of the

program material, the lower is able to reproduce the signal awlessly.

However when there are dynamic peaks, the amplier switches internally

and at high speed to the higher supply voltage. The great advantage

of this technology lies in the fact that for much of the time, the power

amplier blocks are working with the lower supply voltage and the power

dissipation is therefore considerably less than with conventional class

AB power ampliers. This also means considerably less waste heat. A

conventional power amplier design consumes almost twice as much

current and generates twice as much heat as Dynacord’s CLASS H

design. The compact power ampliers of the Precision series therefore

remain far cooler under extreme conditions.

DYNAMIC LIMITERS

Dynamic limiters are a standard feature of all DYNACORD power

ampliers. High-speed audio processors are continuously comparing the

input signal to the output signal — this is called Audio Processor Control

(APC)— and in the event of any non-linearity, the processors send control

signals to the limiters,which operate dynamically upon the input level.

As a result, total harmonic distortion is kept to max.1%at all input levels

below 22 dBu.
